Design an 18 hole layout including the location of the clubhouse, access roads, driving range etc. as part of a real estate project. The government cancelled the award of additional land which caused a complete re-design. Site clearing started in May 2008.

Impressive activities were witnessed during the site visit held on the 9th July 2008. A deployment of various machineries and laborers has completed the new access road to the club house and the maintenance building. The top soil has been stripped over the entire site and the cut and fill operations are in full swing.
