Commissioned by ORASCOM to check the existing master plan already elaborated by a third party. Suggest alterations and improvements to the previously proposed 18 hole course layout within the constraints imposed by the existing master plan and the advance sale of properties, elaborate detail plans and specifications.

The Jebel Sifah project is progressing steadily and quite a few villas have already been built around the golf course.

 

General shaping has been completed on 4 holes and will be followed with the installation of the irrigation pipes and the sand capping which will be taken from the huge stock generated by the excavation of the Marina.
